'Welcome to a healthy , productive vlog, my First Workout In 2021! I Tried The 30 Minute Full Body Workout at Planet Fitness for the very first time and absolutely loved it!! In this fitness vlog I am using all of the new exercising machines for the 30 minute workout express.  I am working my legs, shoulders , abdomen, LAT , and chest. The first Workout machine that I use is the LAT Pull down. Then I move on and use the Chest Press Machine. After that I got on my favorite machine which was the Leg Press and I absolutely loved this Workout! Next was the Leg Curl and you have to be really careful because this Workout is for your hamstrings and the last thing you want to do is injure one. Then I moved on to the Shoulder Press Machine. Last but not least was the Abdominal Machine and I really loved that Workout as well. Then when I got home i made a healthy salad. I really hope you guys enjoyed my very first Workout of 2021!
